Episode 6: The Vanishing At The Cecil Hotel, Namaste Wahala, and more

This week on the Samantha K Experience we talk about Netflix's Crime Scene: The Vanishing At the Cecil Hotel. The show details the mysterious happenings at this hotel. Elisa Lam, a student disappears while vacationing at the hotel and ultimately is found dead. Her death is shrouded in mystery as no one seems to know what happened to her. The police are baffled. Internet sleuths share their opinions about what they think happened to Elisa. Go check out the show. It is really good.

 Namaste Wahala is a romantic movie on Netflix. It tells a story of an interracial couple, Didi who is Nigerian, and Raj who is Indian. It is love at first sight with these two. Everything seems fine when they begin dating until Didi introduces Raj to her family who is not thrilled. The couple argues about the fact that Didi didn't tell her family that Raj was Indian. As the movie progresses, Raj's mother comes to visit him and soon finds out that he is dating Didi. She is not happy about it and refuses to acknowledge Raj and Didi's relationship. They face a number of trials and tribulations in their relationship and it is not known if they are able to get past their issues. If you like romantic movies then check this movie out.

Finally, Kissing Booth 2 takes right after the end first movie. Elle and Noah say their goodbyes at the airport and Elle tries to adjust to life without him. Lee and Rachel are still dating and Rachel begins to have issues with Elle because she is always hanging out with them. They are in their last year of high school and the school committee wants to have another kissing booth with the hot new kid, Marco. Elle begins to feel like she and Noah are drifting apart because he has a new friend, Chloe. A visit to see Noah leads her to believe that Noah has gone back to his old ways. Soon, everything begins to crumble around Elle.
