Cooking With GeeJay!: Entering The Potato Salad Zone #2
Well, hello everyone!
I hope you enjoyed your weekend. Mine was interesting to say the least. After over a month of frustration, I finally made my potato salad. Yah! I actually am surprised at myself that it came out quite good. I was going to take a picture of it, but I was running behind schedule so I put it in the pan and covered it.
I realized that in my haste I had forgotten to add the mixed vegetables. I also put too much paprika, but everyone seemed to enjoy it. They left nothing. :) I was so happy that everyone ate up the potato salad. So much so that it was requested of me to make more next year.
Next time I will be better prepared for all those hungry mouths to feed.
