True Blood Season 4, Ep. 1 Review

First of all, I watched the first episode last night and I would like to say "OMG!" There were so many things that I didn't even see coming and quite frankly took me for a loop. But I am glad to see the the change. I won't give away too much, but I most say this...the 13-month time jump from the last season, puts so much into perspective. Especially, when time seems to stand still for Sookie, but for everyone else it moved forward. Which means people move on and have new lives. So where does that leave our precious heroine now? Fighting to keep her grandmother's home after Jason sold to a Realtor. Bill has moved on sort of speak and seems to acquire the taste of some political blood. He is the big boss now. Think Queen Sophie Anne status.

But the biggest change that took me by surprise is Tara, who has a brand new life and a brand new love interest.
And things for her cousin, Lafayette, is pretty interesting.....that is Jesus and Lafayette are about to go on a journey that I don't think Lafayette is prepared for.

Sam seems to find what he was looking for in a group of shape shifters. As for Jason he is taking care of the family of Ms. Were-panther who took off last season. But Jason seems to be in trouble (as usual).

Jessica and Hoyt are now living together and things between them are a bit stressful. On the other hand, I suppose it could get worse. And as for my now favorite bad boy, Eric....well, let's just say he most definitely likes what he sees....

Well, I hope I haven't spoiled it for you.....(by the way Andy is hooked on "V".....oh no).

Smooches.
